Dixie Suites: Cancellations are accepted (3) days in advance of your reservation with no cancellation fee. Cancellation less than (3) days of your reservation will be charged a (1) night fee plus tax. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Dixie House: Cancellations received (30) days or more before your reservation will be refunded the deposit minus a $100 service fee. Cancellations received less than (30) days before your reservation will not receive a refund of your deposit.
Dixie Suites: No deposit required. However, a credit card must be on file to reserve a room. Payment in full is due at check-in. Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Dixie House: $400 deposit for each week reserved is required and a credit card must be on file to reserve the house. Payment in full is due at check-in. Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Check-in time is 3:00p. Our office closes at 9:00p, so please contact us to make arrangements if you expect to be later. Check-out time is 11:00a. You may leave your key in the room upon departure. Any key not returned at checkout will be charged a $40 fee to the credit card on file.
Complimentary parking can be found on the west side of Dixie Have Resort.
Pets are not allowed at Dixie Haven Resort. Any guest(s) with a pet in a room will be asked to leave and no refund will be offered. Additionally, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Dixie Haven Resort is a non-smoking facility. Any guest(s) smoking in a room will be asked to leave and no refund will be offered. Additionally, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
